Breaking News: Care Factor Loses Five Carriers in G-B22J

G-B22J system, Providence region. On the night of the 22nd of November, Care Factor [C.F] lost five Carriers to the combined forces of WAFFLES(dot) [N0MAD] and Pandemic Legion [-10.0] in what is undoubtedly one of the costlier mistakes to be made by the Alliance in recent memory.

The chain of events that led to the tragic loss of the Carriers started with a [N0MAD] Cruiser gang roaming the Providence region. Since their deployment to the Sendaya system, it has become the custom of [N0MAD] to send fleets to the region in search of fights, with the night in question being no different.

The Cruiser gang, numbering twenty pilots with very light Logistics, came to the G-B22J system on its long journey, encountering very little resistance on the way. It lingered around the station undock for a while, catching a careless Caracal Navy Issue, but finding little prey besides. Preparing to leave the system, the gang gave chase to a Cerberus Heavy Assault Cruiser, while michael chasseur, who was a member of the fleet, kept watch on the station.

His vigilance was soon rewarded as he saw a Thanatos Carrier undock from the station. he then quickly sent the Carrier pilot an invitation to the fleet, a known trick that he used in the past to net quite a few kills. To his surprise, the pilot accepted the invitation. Not wasting a moment, michael chasseur quickly warped his squad, which now included the Carrier, to the second planet in the system, while reporting all of it to the Fleet Commander.

With the news of the Carrier in warp, the [N0MAD] gang quickly warped to the same planet, and deployed interdiction probes, trapping the Carrier as it landed. The [N0MAD] gang then started to quickly apply damage to the Carrier, while an Interdictor was ordered to set up interdiction probes towards the station. This was done in order to make sure reinforcements could not warp on top of the gang, and give aid to the tackled Carrier. This would later prove instrumental in not only separating the Carrier from any possible help, but also catching four more Carriers that warped to their fellow’s help.

Those four Carriers were caught by the interdiction probes, too far to lend help, as the Thanatos dipped into low armor. With the Thanatos destroyed, an attempt was made to tackle the other Carriers, catching two Archons, but allowing a Nidhoggur and a Thanatos to escape. Realizing the lack of damage on his side, as well as his dwindling number of Interdictors, the [N0MAD] Fleet Commander quickly pinged for reinforcements, alerting Pandemic Legion as well to the situation.

While Interceptors burned their way from [N0MAD]’s staging system to the fleet’s location, Pandemic Legion, which was fighting at the time a Providence Bloc Battlecruiser fleet nearby, quickly disengaged and set its destination to the G-B22J system, bringing a sixty pilots Ishtar Heavy Assault Cruiser fleet, mostly unscathed from the previous fight.

Down to their last Interdictor, [N0MAD]’s newly arrived Interceptors were sent to tackle individual carriers, holding them in place for the Pandemic Legion forces which were on route. The rest of the [N0MAD] fleet focused its attention on the trickling of hostile ships that kept warping to the aid of the tackled Carriers, to no avail. At this point, the two Carriers which previously escaped came back to help their friends, only to be tackled this time by the [N0MAD] Interceptors.

By the time the remnants of the Providence Bloc Battlecruiser fleet arrived to help, it was too late, as Pandemic Legion’s fleet was hot on its heels, arriving only a few seconds behind. Bolstered by Pandemic Legion’s numbers, [N0MAD] was able to clear the field of all the hostile support fleet, allowing both forces to finally turn their full attention to the tackled Carriers. One by one, the helpless Capitals succumbed to the onslaught.

With Providence Bloc soundly beaten and the Capitals destroyed, Pandemic Legion and [N0MAD] held the field, looting the wrecks before heading home, a little bruised but nonetheless victorious.

Full battle report for the G-B22J system can be found here.

The butcher’s bill saw one hundred and twenty-two ships destroyed, including five Carriers, for eighteen billion ISK in damages, the majority of which Providence Bloc’s.

video of the fighting, warning, explicit language

Apparently, the tackled Care Factor Carriers did not at any point communicate with Providence Bloc and reported what was happening. Only the disengagement of Pandemic Legion and an incidental reporting tipped Providence Bloc to what was occurring in its very own backyard, too late to organize an effective relief force. This was not the first time either, that Care Factor had undocked ships in a display of force, only to end up losing them badly.

Care Factor’s leadership was reached for a comment through mutual channels, but so far has declined to give a response.

Breaking News: Providence Bloc Deploys Sovereignty Blockade Units in ERVK-P

ERVK-P System, Catch region. On the 9th of August Providence Bloc forces deployed Sovereignty Blockade Units in the system, effectively besieging it.

This development occurred after the scheduled downtime of the EVE Online server for maintenance. The Sovereignty Blockade Units were placed over all the gates in the system, and managed to online with little problem. Though HERO Coalition attempted to remove the Sovereignty Blockade Units using bombers, they found Providence Bloc’s own bomber wing to be an effective deterrent for their efforts.

Once the Sovereignty Blockade Units were online, Providence Bloc bridged into the system in a hundred and ten assorted Battleship class fleet on top of the Infrastructure Hub, which quickly went to work on reinforcing the Infrastructure Hub, and after it was achieved, turned its eyes on the station in the system.

The station itself had its services incapacitated the earlier night, with Providence Bloc members keeping them in that state and interfering with any attempts to repair them. After a while, the station was put into reinforced mode with Providence Bloc forces being uncontested by HERO Coalition for the entire duration.

Besides the Infrastructure Hub and the Station, a staging Tower was also put into reinforce mode, further showing Providence Bloc’s resolve concerning the system.

This development comes on the heels of the successful defense of the UL-7I8 system by Providence Bloc forces, and seems to resonate with the feelings of many residents of the Providence region, who were enraged by what was seen as an act of ruthless aggression on the part of HERO Coalition and demanded retribution.

With this retaliation committed by Providence Bloc there is a strong possibility that the situation will continue to spiral out of control and the the two entities may soon find themselves thrust into a prolonged sovereignty war, though both coalitions’ Executors have refrained from declaring an open state of warfare still.

While many people in Providence may relish the opportunity to reclaim the ERVK-P system and put HERO Coalition in its place, one must wonder what will be the N3 Coalition’s response over this development, especially considering Stain-Wagon Coalition’s involvement in the fighting. One may also wonder at the silence exhibited by the CFC over the entire situation.

Is the Northern Catch pocket dispute the match that will ignite the next galactic war? Only time will tell.

Breaking News: Nulli Secunda Deploys Sovereigny Blockade Units in R3-K7K

In the early hours of the thirtieth of April, a fleet belonging to Nulli Secunda Alliance deployed Sovereignty Blockade Units in the R3-K7K system, Providence region.

The fleet, comprising some seventy pilots, mainly in Harbinger class Battlecruisers with Logistic support and assorted Strategic class Cruisers, entered the R3-K7K system around 1:00 EVE Standard Time and deployed the Sovereignty Blockade Units. Providence Bloc forces which were assembled at the time in an eighty pilot strong Naga class Battlecruiser fleet with Logistic support quickly responded to the threat and moved to engage the Nulli Secunda force.

A battle developed with Providence Bloc forces taking heavy losses but incurring some losses in return for the Nulli Secunda side as well. In the end, however, Nulli Secunda managed to hold the field, allowing it to finish deploying the Sovereignty Blockade Units and force both the Infrastructure Hub and the Station in the system into reinforced mode.

This will mark the third time the Providence Bloc will be facing a defensive sovereignty war in the last year, with the first being the Northern Catch Pocket dispute between Against ALL Authorities Alliance and Providence Bloc. That war resulted in a loss for the Providence Bloc, as the ERVK-P system fell into the hands of Darkness of Despair Alliance, an ally of Against ALL Authorities at the time.

The second war was between the Providence Bloc and Insidious Empire Alliance, with the 9UY4-H system, Providence region, a major crossroad, being contested. Ultimately the system was saved and Insidious Empire forces retreated.

Whether this is mainly an attempt to illicit fights from the Providence Bloc or a precursor to a full scale invasion is still unclear at this point, but prudent pilots have already started evacuating non-essential ships and modules. Though at the time it seems that Nulli Secunda is operating independently, both Pandemic Legion and Northern Coalition(dot) Alliances have been known to operate in the neighboring regions of Catch and Curse, and have been observed moving both Titans and Mothership class ships around Low Security Space near the Providence region.

Until further notice, a full scale mobilization of the Coalition is in effect, with Call to Arms planned and announced to defend the region. The EVE Scribe will continue to update you as the situation unfolds.

Breaking News: SOLAR FLEET Avatar Class Titan Destroyed in 9-8GBA [Updated]

A SOLAR FLEET Alliance Avatar class Titan was destroyed today by a combined N3 capital and sub-capital force in the 9-8GBA system, Catch region. An Against ALL Authorities Alliance Tengu fleet was attacking a Territorial Claim Unit belonging to Spaceship Samurai Alliance in the system, however, a Thanatos class Carrier belonging to Hellz Hitman, of No-Mercy, Spaceship Samurai Alliance, kept repairing the Territorial Claim Unit. This prompted the members of SOLAR FLEET Alliance, who were present in the system, to drop a Titan on him, in order to destroy his ship and end his interference. Unknown to SOLAR FLEET, Pandemic Legion Alliance had already set their sights on the dropping on the Against ALL Authorities Fleet. Once the Titan landed on the grid, Pandemic Legion siezed the chance and lit their own cynosural beacon, tackling the Titan, who promptly melted away by the combined firepower of N3’s ships.

Contrary to initial reports, this was an accidental Titan kill, and not an organized affair. The Carrier pilot, Hellz Hitman, reported that this was not the first time SOLAR FLEET dropped super-capitals on the field in the 9-8GBA system. Two nights ago, Spaceship Samurai Alliance scouted the system, discovering it did not have an Infrastructure-Hub installed. Realizing this, they anchored a Tower near the Against ALL Authorities’ Territorial Claim Unit, and used four Carriers to destroyed it. However, afterwards, their operation was interrupted by SOLAR FLEET Alliance, who promptly jumped five super-capitals onto the field. Since the Carriers were not tackled, the Spaceship Samurai force managed to safely extract.

Hellz Hitman reached out for his Pandemic Legion contacts in order to report the ordeal. Today, he was told by a character in an NPC Corporation to leave the Tower’s shields in his Thantos class Carrier, even though the Territorial Claim Unit was under attack by an Against ALL Authorities Tengu force. Having worked with Pandemic Legion before, and assuming something big was in the works, he obeyed. Almost immediately, A Manticore class Stealth Bomber belonging to SOLAR FLEET uncloaked, and lit a cynosural beacon, and the Titan jumped into the system.

Unfortunately for Hellz Hitman, the Titan was in range, and managed to destroy his Carrier, however, the loss was not in vain as a second cynosural beacon lit up, this time by Pandemic Legion. An N3 force comprised of capital ships, a few Motherships and Navy Issue Apocalypses landed on the field, tackling the Titan and promptly destroying it. SOLAR FLEET Alliance did bridge in a Tengu fleet in order to try and save the Titan, but to no avail.

According to James Kordent, the Pandemic Legion Fleet Commander in charge at the time, the initial intent was for SOLAR FLEET Alliance to bridge in their Tengu fleet to engage the Thanatos class Carrier, at that point N3 were supposed to bridge in on top of SOLAR FLEET force, in order to annihilate their Tengus. The Titan’s appearance on the field came as a complete shock to him. However, he decided to go after the Titan, as it did prove to be the better target. While SOLAR FLEET and N3 were engaged, Against ALL Authorities forces decided to extract from the battle, rather than lose ships.

Losing a few Interdictor and Heavy Interdictor class ships, the N3 force safely extracted out of the system, in what was described as Blitz action. The total damage done is estimated at one hundred and forty-one billion ISK for the Titan alone, and promises to grow as more Tengu losses are processed by EVE-Kill(dot)net.

The Titan pilot refused to comment, while both SOLAR FLEET and Against ALL Authorities Alliances remain silent on the matter

Special thanks to Hellz Hitman, of No-Mercy, Spaceship Samurai Alliance, and James Kordent, North Eastern Swat, Pandemic Legion Alliance, for granting me this interview.

Breaking News: SOLAR FLEET Nyx Class Mothership Destroyed in PDF-3Z

Yesterday, the fifteenth of March, saw a continuation in the fighting over the Tenerifis region between RUS Coalition and N3. SOLAR FLEET Alliance organized a one hundred pilot Tengu fleet in order to take down a Sovereignty Blockade Unit (SBU) planted by Northern Coalition(dot) Alliance in the 4-IT9G system

To Northern Coalition(dot)’s Fleet Commander, Travis Musgrat’s surprise, a large number of SOLAR FLEET super-capital pilots logged into the game around the same time as the assault on the 4-IT9G Sovereignty Blockade Unit. This prompted Northern Coalition(dot) to hastily form up a Navy Issue Apocalypse fleet numbering close to a hundred pilots as well, while sending forward tacklers in order to catch the super-capitals and light a cynosural beacon for the fleet to bridge into.

However, there wasn’t enough time for the Northern Coalition(dot) pilots to arrive to the system before the Sovereignty Blockade Unit was destroyed. This allowed SOLAR FLEET’s super-capital force, numbering fifteen assorted Motherships, to jump into the PDF-3Z system, unto a safe tower, while the SOLAR FLEET Tengu fleet moved back and took positions on the entrance gates to the system, effectively blocking the path for Northern Coalition(dot) forces.

It was at that moment, that a SOLAR FLEET Nyx class Mothership was bumped off from the tower, an occurrence that Travis Musgrat explained is not uncommon when many super-capital ships jump into a single cynosural beacon. The pilot, instead of warping off the field to a celestial and back to the tower, or simply cloaking, chose to approach the tower, in what is called “Slowboating”, allowing Northern Coalition(dot) the time they needed to bypass the SOLAR FLEET Tengu gate camp.

glitterbomb of BURN EDEN, Northern Coalition(dot), had an account in a corporation that was part of Against ALL Authorities‘ renter alliance, AAA Citizens. The account was inserted in order to snag a carrier kill or two, as the corporation itself had its lease with Against ALL Authorities Alliance expire in a week, and decided to join Northern Coalition(dot)’s renter alliance instead. Spotting a chance to get a Mothership kill, glitterbomb had this account enter the system, in a cynosural generator fitted ship. Since the character in question was in a friendly alliance of SOLAR FLEET, the Tengu fleet allowed the ship to pass through their gate camp, effectively sealing the Nyx pilot’s fate.

It wasn’t smooth sailing from there on, as glitterbomb had his character warp to the wrong side of the tower, necessitating a few more nail biting minutes before he was close enough to the Nyx, unaware of its approaching doom. Then he lit a cynosural beacon.

Northern Coalition(dot) tackle ships bridged in immediately and bubbled the helpless Nyx, followed by the rest of the fleet along with twenty-two Motherships and two carriers to serve as logistic support. With all that fire power on grid, the Nyx had no chance and was quickly destroyed

Yet, the battle was far from over, as the SOLAR FLEET Tengus engaged the Norther Coalition(dot) support fleet, prompting a battle that raged for two hours, without any side getting the upper hand. However, as reinforcements for both sides arrived on the field, including a large Nulli Secunda Alliance Ishtar class Heavy Assault Cruiser fleet, it was clear the N3 forces were outnumbering the RUS Coalition’s. Thus, the RUS Coalition ceded the field to N3, allowing its forces to destroy four Territorial Claim Units, adding a loss of four systems to that of the Nyx.

Battle Report

The remainder of SOLAR FLEET’s, as well as all of Northern Coalition(dot) Motherships safely extracted from the system without further losses.

Special thanks are in order to Travis Musgrat and glitterbomb of BURN EDEN, Northern Coalition(dot) Alliance for giving me an interview, and to Hendrick Tallardar and rcmst of TheMittani(dot)com and EVENews24(dot)com respectively, for their initial reports on the subject.

Breaking News: Two Northern CoalitionDot Nyx Class Motherships Destroyed in GE-8JV

Two Nyx class Motherships were destroyed tonight by an Against ALL Authorities fleet in the GE-8JV system, Catch region. The Nyx pilots, Bobmon of Burning Napalm and Valeu Auleu of Enterprise Estonia, Northern CoalitionDot Alliance, were targeting capital ships using the Cynosural Beacon Array anchored at a tower in the system. Since the system itself is considered a primary hub for Against ALL Authorities, it sees heavy traffic, something the Nyx pilots counted on, as Valeu Auleu had operated in the system the day before, destroying an Archon class carrier and an Anshar class Jump Freighter at two separate engagements.

However, information of Valeu Auleu’s operation had already spread amongst the pilots of Against ALL Authorities Alliance, prompting the Capsuleers of Novatech Armada, one of the member Corporations, to try and lay a trap for the Nyx pilot.

Keeping the operation a secret from the rest of the Alliance, in fear that a spy might expose the trap, Xbox360clock organized a bait and tackle team to catch the enemy Nyx. Planning ahead, Xbox360clock made sure to have a Mobile Cynosural Inhibitor ready to deploy, which would later prove to be the undoing of the Nyx pilots. An Archon, piloted by Haley Anstian, was set as bait, and told to use the beacon in the hopes of luring the Nyx pilot. However, the Nyx pilot did not bite.

Fearing that a second attempt so soon and by the same pilot would raise the Nyx pilot’s suspicions, Allianc was called to use his Thanatos class carrier instead, after a fifteen minute break. This time, the Nyx pilot took the bait, hook, line and sinker and had the carrier tackled with his neutral alt in the system, who promptly lit a cynosural beacon for the Nyx.

Only, to the surprise of the pilots of Novatech Armada, not one Mothership jumped into the system, but two! Quickly regaining composure, Xbox360clock de-cloaked his Sabre class interdictor, bubbled the two Motherships and had an Armageddon and Dominix class battleships fitted with heavy neutralizers tackle the ships and lit a cynosural beacon while he himself anchored the Mobile Cynosural Inhibitor.

As dreadnaughts jumped in to apply damage, the members of Novatech Armada started pinging the Alliance lead Fleet Commanders in order for them to quickly form reinforcement fleets, while spamming the news at every channel they had. The owner of the tower, R17a, was contacted as well, in order to man the tower’s guns and help apply damage.

At the same time, Northern CoalitionDot was forming up a “Slowcat” fleet in order to save the tackled Motherships. However, due to the Nyx pilots’ error, the Mobile Cynosural Inhibitor was not visible on their overview, effectively making them oblivious to the fact that they could not light a cynosural beacon. Without the ability to lit a cynosural beacon, the relief fleet could not jump in and save the tackled Motherships, guaranteeing their doom.

With the reinforcement fleet led by ShadowandLight of Black Aces, Against ALL Authorities Alliance, arriving on field, the two Motherships went down fast, and the two pilots unceremoniously podded. According to zKillboard, the total worth of the two ships lost is approximately fifty-four billion ISK, added to that are the two pods, totaling at two point five billion ISK each. Altogether, Northern CoalitionDot was dealt almost sixty billion ISK in damages.

Northern CoalitionDot has not given any official reply, however, SpiritOne, of Burning Napalm, Northern CoalitionDot Alliance, went on record to say that The Scanner, the main account whom Valeu Auleu belongs to, will be booted from his corporation. Bobmon, however, will not face any re-precautions for his loss due to the fact that The Scanner was the pilot in charge at the time.

When asked what was Northern CoalitionDot’s stance on the losses, after it was discovered it was a trap, SpiritOne claimed the pilots knew it of the trap, and chose to go in anyway. However, he did give props to the RUS Coalition for quickly forming.

Intercepted internal communications of Northern CoalitionDot Alliance reveal that the operation in question was not sanctioned by the Alliance, thus the pilots will not be receiving replacements for their losses:

So far, the Nyx pilots have not been available for comment

Breaking News: H.E.R.O Coalition Capital Fleet Lost in N-8BZ6

With the shock waves of Darkness of Despair’s disband still subsiding, H.E.R.O Coalition continued its assault on Catch. However, it seems over confidence led H.E.R.O Coalition to deploy a small capital fleet in N-8BZ6 system in order to reinforce an AAA Citizens station, a renter Alliance of Against ALL Authorities. Their mistake was aggravated by the lack a substantial sub-capital fleet to escort said capitals. This resulted in thirteen dreadnaughts and four carriers destroyed, along with an assortment of sub-capitals who tried to rescue the tackled capitals.

The fight started by coincidence, when republicov, a Providence Block Fleet Commander belonging to the Silent Infinity Alliance, led an interceptor gang through Catch, hoping to snag a few kills. Moving through the N-8BZ6 system, one of the fleet members, Myster0816 of Curatores Veritatis Alliance, checked his directional scanner and was noticed that capital ships were showing up near the system’s station. Without a second thought, republicov ordered his fleet to warp to the station and tackle the besieging capitals, while pinging Providence for reinforcements.

The battle through republicov’s fleet’s perspective

Luckily enough, corebloodbrothers of The Volition Cult Alliance, was assembling his daily fleet. Getting reports from republicov, corebloodbrothers ordered his fleet to re-ship to heavy neutralizing battleships and assemble on a titan to bridge. PIXSE, another pilot of The Volition Cult, was told to fit a cynosural generator on an interceptor and burn to the site in order to allow the force to drop on top of the tackled capitals.

In the meanwhile, Chee Sao of Apocalypse Now. Alliance, who was part of republicov’s fleet, kept the tackled capitals bubbled with his sabre, giving corebloodbrothers the time needed to organize and bridge his fleet. In less than twenty minutes the first wave of battleship was on the field, applying heavy neutralizers and DPS on the bubbled capitals.

A recording of the early stages of the battle, just as CFC forces enter the system

The fight’s outcome, was not, by any definition of the word, clear at the time. The first wave of battleships was having a tough time breaking the capitals’ tank, and losing many of its ships. corebloodbrothers hastily organized reinforcements, only to find that his titan had run out of Strontium Clathrates to open the bridge. This led to a rather comical moment in which fuel had to be brought up and dragged to the titan. After they were done with their shenanigans, Provi-Block reinforcements bridged into the system and kept piling in, reaching one-hundred and eighty pilots, mostly in sentry ships.

At the same time, a CFC Tengu fleet have heard of the tackled capitals and burned to the system. corebloodbrothers quickly opened communications with the CFC’s FC, reaching an agreement of a temporary ceasefire in order for both fleets to focus on the tackled capitals. With the CFC reinforcements, the H.E.R.O Coalition capitals melted away, and were destroyed to the last one. A token H.E.R.O cruiser gang numbering more than fifty pilots tried to free the tackled capitals, only to end up destroyed alongside them.

Once all the capitals were destroyed, the CFC Tengu fleet extracted itself from the system, without incident, allowing Provi-Block to loot the field and return home safely. In just over an hour H.E.R.O Coalition lost five Moros, three Naglfar, two Phoenix and three Revelation class dreadnaughts, as well as three Chimera and one Archon class carriers. The damage done is valued at fifty billion ISK.

Battle Report

While Test Alliance Please Ignore has not given me any official response, Brave Collective’s PR officer, Markonius
Porkbutte, directed me to his subreddit post, where it was claimed that poor coordination, lack of consolidated communication lines, absence of a backup fleet and operational oversight caused the losses.

However, it has been claimed that a H.E.R.O Coalition reinforcement fleet was assembled and ready to bridge on a titan, only to find out the titan pilot in question was AFK. This may explain why several Provi-Block pilots saw a second H.E.R.O Coalition cynosural beacon go up, without anyone entering the system. This has not been confirmed by either side, though corebloodbrothers confessed that there were multiple cynosural beacons on the field, and he could have overlooked it.

Regardless of the outcome, many people in Providence are looking forward to H.E.R.O Coalition’s continued deployment in the region and hope for many more good fights in the future.

Special thanks are in order to JedsZero, Dragoshi Drambuie and Exclevori of Apocalypse Now. Alliance and Judiciary Pag of Curatores Veritatis Alliance for their contributions to the article, as well as corebloodbrothers, of The Volition Cult Alliance for the interview.

Breaking News: Against ALL Authorities Titan Destroyed

Things have been bleak for Against ALL Authorities these last few days. First, they lose a staging system, then Darkness of Despair disbands, leaving an entire flank exposed in RUS Coalition’s side, not to mention the loss of many valuable pilots, and now they lose a titan.

The titan in question, a Leviathan, was purchased by Carinia of Blackwater Swat. only two days before and was still travel fitted. Unknown to Carinia, Black Legion tracks titan sale threads. The moment she posted on the thread, Black Legion started running locator agents on her. Once the titan sale was finalized, Black Legion started forming up in order to hunt her down.

Her second piece of bad luck was to jump into Mai system in the Domain region. FrEeSoUl5150, member of Mafia Redux, Phobia. Alliance, noticed the cyno in system and immediately acted upon it. “Well he cyno’d in at a safe spot in the middle of nowhere. I had a cloaked alt in system and warped directly to the cyno. HoneyPot Glaze and myself started bumping the titan. We weren’t able to keep him in place and he warped off. I logged on two more toons and gave chase as well as dropped probes. He warped to planet II at one hundred kilometers, we thought he went to sun but he wasn’t there [of course].  Bil Tuesday warped there at random and got a de-cloak on the titan but couldn’t hold him. That’s when he went to belt VII-Six. I was doing a d-scan and cought him on a five degree scan and warped my Heavy Interdictor and my Megathron there. Right as I landed he de-cloaked fifteen kilometers off of my Heavy Interdictor and I got the hard tackle. Once we got that hard tackle is when I started to bat phone…”.*

Tackled titans make for strange bed fellows, especially in Low Security space. FrEeSoUl5150 contacted several entities in the region, including, funnily enough, Sev3rence,a member Alliance of the Providence Block, who holds Phobia. Alliance as an enemy. N00b FO0, of Sev3rence, told his side of the story “Well, some of my friends poked me, saying ‘N00b, we got an enemy titan of Provi-Block tackled, we need your help’. So I Jump Cloned over, and called over a few guys from the Alliance, some of which got there in time, and some of them didn’t. I was just psyched when I saw that it was an -A- [Titan], Providence Victor man”.*

Black Legion, of course, were contacted as well by Phobia. Alliance, who their leadership keeps close ties with. Though mostly based around a US time zone, Black Legion had already a sizable gang formed, which was bridged into the system with the help of Phobia. Alliance. At that point, the titan was already going down, and the arrival of Black Legion only hastened its demise.

At no point did Against ALL Authorities try to extract the titan, or form up a rescue fleet, possibly due to the fact the titan was newly purchased and not known to their leadership. Regardless, no contacts from -A- were available for comment, including the titan pilot.

With the current political upheaval in the sector, this might not be the last titan to be lost in Low Security space.

Breaking News: Darkness of Despair Disbands

Without warning or explanation, Darkness of Despair, formed from former Against ALL Authorities corporations, had disbanded. Sharped eyed observers noticed the fact that the Alliance has zero members count and a closing date on Dotlan.com. While speculation is running wild, many entities in the area are burning towards Tenerifis Region in order to grab sovereignty in the region.

Rumor has it that the Alliance closed due to internal strife caused by the political situation between Russia and the Ukraine, as many players in the Alliance were effected by the events that transpired between the two countries. The next few hours will be telling for the future of the Halloween war and the RUS Coalition.

Breaking News: RUS Coalition Staging System Under Attack

This just in, a large fleet battle is under way in the Y-FZ5N system, Immensea. The fight is over a final I-Hub timer between N3 and RUS Coalitions. There are eight-hundred and fifty pilots in the system, though exact numbers for each fleet are unavailable. RUS forces were reported in Dominix, -A- in Tengu and NCdot in Proteus fleets. The Cyno Jammer remains active, though sources say SOLAR super-capitals were logged in the system beforehand.

Battle Report

Should -A- lose the I-Hub, it will make the system vulnerable, which may spell disaster for the RUS Coalition, as Y-FZ5N was designated as their new staging system.

Update: -A- have, indeed, lost the I-Hub and had their station enter reinforced mode. The station is expected to exit reinforced mode at Wednesday, the twelfth of March, 15:00 EVE time. If they don’t manage to save it, the RUS Coalition will lose their staging system, which will gravely impact their campaign against the N3 Coalition.
